Preferences stored in your browser
The phone country selector may reuse a cached country code and timestamp for 15 minutes. The value is kept in the current browser tab’s session storage until it is replaced or the session ends; this is different from a cookie. The enquiry’s name, email, phone number and message are not saved in this lookup cache. Your selected display currency is stored separately in local storage so it can be reused on later visits. This preference contains only the currency code. It remains until it is replaced or the site’s stored data is cleared.
Your browser controls
You can clear stored site data using your browser settings. The phone country selector also allows manual selection. Removing the cached country estimate may cause a new lookup when you next open the enquiry panel. Clearing site data also removes the saved display currency. You can select another currency from the website menu.
