If the property will be a home, include the daily journeys and space you need. If you are assessing an investment, identify the costs and assumptions you want to examine.
Whether you are looking for a home in the UAE or comparing a property investment, start with the emirate and area that fit your purpose. If you are buying from abroad, include your time zone and any planned visit dates so those practical limits are clear in your enquiry.
Compare a focused shortlist
Use the catalogue to review properties by location and specification, then discuss the selected listings with PGI. The comparison should relate to the exact offer: layout, stated area, asking price, completion status and payment terms where available.

Prepare for the next step
- Ask which units are currently available and whether the published price still applies.
- Confirm viewing arrangements and the documents available for the particular property.
- Request a breakdown of purchase costs and ongoing charges before proceeding.
- Discuss any financing, ownership or residency questions with the relevant bank, authority or qualified adviser.
Clarify costs before you commit
Ask for a written breakdown that separates the property price, transaction charges, any brokerage fee and ongoing ownership costs. For each amount, confirm who pays it, when it is due, whether tax is included and which service it covers. Do not treat an advertised price as the complete purchase budget.

Mention the questions you need answered first, such as current availability or a viewing.
